Doritos Crusted Chicken Strips
I have seen so many recipes or versions of chicken strips being made with Doritos as the crumb coating that I finally decided to try it out myself!! And I must say it elevated the humble chicken nugget to another level...it was so crispy that you could actually hear the crunch...but tender and Moist from the inside....perfecto!! ...just salt was little less to be honest, but with the dipping sauce it tasted yum...Served it with the side of homemade sauces as you can see from the pic...sharing the recipe :)

- FYI....instead of paprika I used Nandos peri salt and Trader Joe’s chilli lime seasoning...because I have it ;)
