Chia Pudding Shots
So I am back to my healthy eating, or so I think I am or am I?!?!? LOLL
Chia pudding shots never looked so pretty. Super easy to whip up, and besides being healthy, they actually taste delicious. Chia pudding is a healthy, filling snack that tastes like dessert. Try this gluten-free, vegan recipe for a guilt-free treat!
The flavor of this pudding by itself it great , but you can play with it to come up with different combinations. A little cinnamon or lemon zest make wonderful flavors too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup mixed berries (I also used mangoes)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, whisk together both types of milk with honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Make sure it’s all mixed together well.
- Now add the chia seed gently, making sure it doesn’t clump.
- Refrigerate for a few hours and serve chilled.
- Garnish with berries or any fruit of your choice.
