Baked Yoghurt

 

A simple 3 ingredient recipe. Courtesy my uber accomplished and skilled friend, Nadia (@melangedubai).
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g yogurt (full fat) 
  • 425g condensed milk
  • 100g whipping cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Gently whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Take any shallow dish or ramekins and pour the mixture.
  • Now because the mix is like a cheesecake/custard texture but obviously with out the base, it’s best to use a shallow dish as it will ensure even cooking and the sides won’t burn.
  • Place the ramekins in a water bath and bake for 10 -12 mins. Again depending on the kind of mound / dish you’re using.
  • Garnish with a raspberry and edible flowers.
