Baked Yoghurt
A simple 3 ingredient recipe. Courtesy my uber accomplished and skilled friend, Nadia (@melangedubai).
INGREDIENTS
- 500g yogurt (full fat)
- 425g condensed milk
- 100g whipping cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Gently whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Take any shallow dish or ramekins and pour the mixture.
- Now because the mix is like a cheesecake/custard texture but obviously with out the base, it’s best to use a shallow dish as it will ensure even cooking and the sides won’t burn.
- Place the ramekins in a water bath and bake for 10 -12 mins. Again depending on the kind of mound / dish you’re using.
- Garnish with a raspberry and edible flowers.
