PINEAPPLE LEMONADE

Making homemade lemonade, simple!

While I enjoy juicing, I really think I prefer to use a professional high speed blender when making any type of fruit juices or fruit smoothies. This @kitchenaiduae was recently gifted to me by my sister in-law and I CANNOT recommend it enough!! It was a great addition to my kitchen aid family. Yes it’s quiet an investment, but if you’re an avid cook in the kitchen, then it’s something I would highly recommend looking into. For about the price of an iPad (or less), you can own a kitchen appliance that has many features, lots of versatility, and will last through years of great cooking experiences.
This countertop blender is both powerful and versatile. It can be used to do the following: • Blend soups • Make smoothies • Crush ice • Whip • Mix up batter and other liquids • Make sauces • Blend nut butters
FYI THIS IS NOT A PAID PROMOTION!! Hahah I just love my blender, that much!! Anyway, coming back to the lemonade. Pineapple is so incredible when fully ripe.  The sweetness you get from it lends itself to whatever you’re making.Pineapple is loaded with Vitamin C and Manganese.  It also contains vitamins B6, B1, Fiber, Folate and Copper. There’s no need for any added sugar in this Pineapple Lemonade Recipe.  The tart lemon gives you that traditional lemonade taste and the pineapple sugars mellow it out.
But if you like it a little sweeter you can add in a little honey.
